With this method you will either:
Confirm your hypothesis and keep developing your product (Hurray!).
Stop solving a problem nobody cares for or it's not painful enough to be worth solving.
Step 2: Create valuable content that addresses these issues using industry-specific language.
Now that you've talked to your users, you need to connect the dots, find patterns on their challenges and solve them (as if it was a simple thing to do).
With this information, you will have a guide for the topics to talk about.
The best part of talking with your users is that you´re involving them in the process and they´ll be more open to give you a try.
Give the solutions in the same language your users talked. It's different to say “we offer a sophisticated customer engagement strategy to improve ROI” (I bet you didn't even read it) than saying “we´ll help you sell more through LinkedIn posts”. This will make it easier for your audience to understand and appreciate the value you're offering.
Step 3: Implement a strategic distribution plan to amplify the reach of the high-quality content you've produced.
Or in less fancy words, follow this simple process:
Create a blog giving a clear and easy-to-follow solution to the biggest challenge your users face.
Insert that blog on Chat GPT to create:
A script for a Youtube video
A script for Short Form Content (Tik Tok, Reels and Youtube Shorts).
A LinkedIn post
A twitter thread
Edit, give your voice and post.
Repeat Step 1 over and over.
By following this process, you'll maximize the reach of one single piece of content. Remember that content marketing is a long-term game. When done correctly, it's the cheapest and most powerful way to reach your users.
